Arrived broken and Eheim customer service is terrible
I have had an Eheim filter and Eheim pump that have worked for years and I love both units. This pump arrived damaged and I have been trying to resolve this issue with eheim support since January. Finally found someone today to tell me the problem was out of warranty even though it was defective on arrival. I am so disappointed in them and tempted to give them up to buy another company's products. It's a real shame because my other two pieces of eheim gear are amazing.
