Review on Zwilling J Henckels 30070 103 Paring by Laura Washington

I have three large knives from the same knife family. All are incredibly good. Can't say enough good things about her. They are all worth the high price I paid for them. They hold a razor sharp edge well. However, for some reason this knife needs to be sharpened about every third use. It doesn't seem to hold the edge which is why I spent so much money on it. I pride myself on being able to sharpen knives razor sharp. A very sharp knife is a joy in the kitchen. Unfortunately, this knife is not very good. I always use a wooden cutting board and I'm very good with my knives. Hand wash only. I babysit her.
