I have some experience in making chain mail jewelry, I have done Byzantine, full Persian etc. So I think the instructions could be improved. The box said there were enough jump rings to make a bracelet and earrings, but there were no instructions for the earrings. No big deal, just make sure the wording on the box accurately reflects what's inside. Also the instructions for the 2nd row were a bit confusing. It may have been me but when I tried to follow these instructions it didn't seem to work as shown in the picture. So I took an introductory course in Japanese lace weaving, and it was enough for me to know that I like it. This is a personal preference and does not apply to the set.
