Bought as a gift for a man I was dating at the time. He thinks he's the next Elon Musk and he's absolutely brilliant (he's not). He started out as an engineer but failed the program but decided to eventually become an astronaut so I thought this would be the perfect gift for him if he fails too. Also, he has terrible night vision, so he's literally never seen the stars. He thought the night sky photos were high exposure photos until I burst his bubble. So I thought that the image of the solar system on his ceiling at night would be the perfect representation of what he sees above him, but never equals. Or see it in real life. I was ready to break up with him after a few weeks of dating, but we were getting closer to Christmas so we stayed together and I bought him a present. However, I just couldn't take it anymore and broke up with him before we exchanged gifts, so here we are at the point where I need to keep a nice night light! I now use it in my bathroom so my cat can see where she's going at night to get to her crate. The display is fairly clear and the blue orb glows to light up the room for easy viewing in the dark. Suitable for a child who is afraid of the dark. Or a bad friend who has never seen the stars, who failed to become an engineer but thinks he will become an astronaut.
