The collar may or may not work, I put it on my cat for about 12 hours. Although he seemed to have calmed down a bit, there wasn't enough time to judge if it was the work of the collar because he was nervous about wearing the collar (a domestic cat doesn't normally wear a collar). or his reaction to the pungent odor emanating from that collar. These collars claim to contain lavender and chamomile essential oils, but the smell they give off honestly reminds me of a urinal deodorant washer/block found in public men's restrooms. If that smell doesn't bother you, then these collars might look good on your cat. I personally hated having my cat around me with this collar on because of the smell and threw it away after 12 hours. I wish they weren't so heavily flavored.
