So a new fuel filter is fitted but the bike will not start. There's no fuel in the check valve, so I pull the gas cap off again. I turn on the ignition, gasoline enters the filter, but does not come out. You need to cut the brackets and remove the new filter. Looking at the outlet of the filter, you can see that the outlet is covered with glue. You can't even blow air through it. I squeezed out the glue and spent several hours trying to pull it out. Quality control needs a wake-up call! Make sure you can blow air through or return it. This saves you a lot of time and nerves. Now my bike runs and I hope all the glue has washed off. I will order another filter so I have it on hand.
