Review on 🧵 Tormek LA 220 Leather Sharpening Wheel by Craig Rossman

The Tormek system is an excellent system for sharpening woodworking tools and things like kitchen knives. The leather honing wheel is the last part of the process after the grinding wheel. My only suggestion is that the skin should be a bit thicker. This is the first time I've changed the wheel that came with the car. For several years I was away from woodworking and leather on orig. the wheel was hard as stone, with a dried composition. I use buffing sticks, not the paste that comes with the machine. I find the stick formula lasts longer, is easier to apply and more effective.
