Good product, problem in my application

After replacing the main brush, iRobot started getting stuck in places it had never gotten stuck. This happened almost every day. As part of troubleshooting I returned the original and iRobot didn't get stuck. Put the main brush back in place and it's stuck again. I haven't measured the two sets of rollers or brushes, but I daresay there is a slight difference between the two. Your mileage may vary, I will say my carpet has a fairly thick pile which probably has something to do with the problem.
