I've had several of these over the years and they are comfortable and durable. It's faux leather so the armrests will crack over time (that's why I replaced it regularly) but otherwise it would have been a 5 star rating. This chair started creaking after a few weeks of assembly, but all I had to do was tighten the screws that hold the base to the chair's seat and it stopped. fully - you really have to turn these bolts to get them as tight as possible, and the included Allen key is probably not the best choice for that.
