I would give it 1 star if I could. Delivery: Large box arrived undamaged. The packaging looks like it was made by a child. All parts were attached with plastic wrap. However, all edges were covered with styrofoam on the inside. Out of the Box: Upon closer inspection, significant cosmetic damage was revealed. I contacted Amazon via chat and got a replacement. The replacement arrived and not only had similar cosmetic damage, but also a severe tear to one of the legs. This structural damage obviously compromised the integrity of the table, so I'm now stuck with two damaged tables. You couldn't just swap legs, believe me I tried, all the holes were pre-drilled and the other leg didn't match the other holes and I didn't have the equipment to pre-drill the new hole and even it was so too close where the actual hole was and eventually a large hole would form and the leg would swing if it was attached at all. I was very disappointed and concerned that I received two damaged products. After talking to at least 6 or more chat reps and accumulating at least 10 hours of chat in total, Amazon finally solved this problem for me. In the end it was NOT worth the effort, at some points I was so upset I wanted to cry but after the problem escalated Amazon allowed me to turn down the table with a broken leg and then refunded me half the cost. original purchase price to keep one with cosmetic damage. I also noted that Amazon will consider investigating all remaining products as both arrived damaged but the packaging was fine. I'm assuming the damage was done when packing, maybe they were in use? They weren't worth the $200 purchase price anyway. Hopefully they were able to figure out why so no one else is stuck with a damaged product. Assembly: Assembly wasn't bad at all. It remains only to screw the legs and plates for the flaps. One person can easily do this in less than 30 minutes. Usage: It's pretty light, I can pick it up and put it anywhere. The flip leaf panels work well, they're only held in place by a small button that's half the size of the flip sheet. It works, but I wouldn't trust it with significant weight, just enough to get something out of the way. The box is quite small, maybe just an inch to work with. I keep my pens in there. Overall rating 1 star but I would never buy it again based on the experience. If it had arrived safely I would have given it 4 stars. However, Revain's customer service was 1 star. It shouldn't have taken around 10 hours of chat and 6 different employees to fix this issue, but they did it towards the end. There's always room for improvement wherever you go, and I'm sure Revain will get better given the opportunity.
