We love everything about Reef, but our complaint about this pair of slippers is that the ankle strap is attached in a way that rubs the sore spots on our baby's wide feet. Maybe narrower legs would fit better. We ended up clipping them (good thing they're designed so we can do that without damaging the rest of the shoe) and he learned to wear them without them. For a super agile 4 year old, these back straps can mean the difference between a great day at the playground and serious chafing on the knees/elbows/chin.
