The price was good and the first prints were excellent. After 2 months of infrequent use (each with 70% toner remaining), the cyan and black toners are causing print artifacts. Cyan has smudges on one side of the print, while black has streaks running the length of the print on 1/2 of the print. I've tried a) cleaning the paper path manually and with isopropyl alcohol, b) shaking the toner cartridges, and c) running the cleaning paper through a cleaning cycle, but that didn't fix the problem. I bought a replacement from another supplier, put it in and prints are good again. UPDATE: The seller of this product saw my original review on Revain and sent me a full 4 ton replacement for my two bad toner cartridges. I would normally update my review to give them 5 stars but seeing two toner cartridges go bad in the same order is a little concerning. So these guys and their cartridges go from 2 to 4 stars for me.
