Already used and not working right out of the box.
- The solder cartridge has already been used straight out of the box with solder on the end and doesn't work. - Someone swapped it out for their broken solder cartridge, here's what happened.. Not impressed.-I ordered another one because I need it for groundplanes.-Refunding my STTC-117 order changes my rating and puts it 5 out of 5.
