This is perfect for us to be able to watch TV from the armchairs that made it difficult for us to watch TV in our living room. It's durable and easily supports our 48-inch TV, which is definitely capable of supporting a much larger TV. My husband had no problems with the installation which took about 30-40 minutes. I only helped him a little when he attached the TV brackets to the mounting brackets, although he probably could have done it without help.
