I used this on two of my 10 year old Coach bags that had a lot of gray areas especially on the bottom. I was too embarrassed to use them even though I loved them. I applied the cream and rubbed it well into the skin, including every crevice and edge. I waited a few hours and buffed the leather with a soft shoe brush until the leather was shiny again. Now both bags look great! I was worried that the color might come off my clothes during use, but that didn't happen. However, considering other reviews, I tested it and it rubs off a little when I wipe it with a damp cloth, so I'll seal it up considering that sooner or later I'll use my purse when it rains and I do don't want to get it dirty clothes or anything else to put my purse on. I am planning to buy a few more in a different color to restore my leather jacket which I will be sending to a professional for treatment but this product will suit my needs.
