Lined with black jumpsuit, this skirt is about 20 inches lower. It's almost knee deep for me. The angle of the pleat blends perfectly with the black lines of the skirt, giving it an elongated look. There is an elastic waistband. Mine came in XL, too big for me so I tucked the belt in about 1.5 inches. That makes it even better, I thought. I don't like the creases being pulled out. When they hang straight, they look thinner. I would buy more than you need so the folds don't stretch and they wiggle but stay straight. Yellow and black is a very nice color combination.
