Review on Wusthof Classic Serrated Utility Knife by Andrew Holman

I've had a longer bread/carving knife from TV and outlets for a long time that "can cut through cans" and "never needs to be sharpened" " and honestly I have a 10 year old Ginsoo that's still great for bread and joints. I also bought a newer set of 4 extra knives, all with a newer, sharper and sharper blade (not sure if that's the best cut). cutting board. All my chef's knives are Wüsthoff and I think they're excellent, but nothing prepared me for just how sharp this serrated knife is. It's about 20 times sharper than Ginso serrated blades. It glides over tomatoes like nothing else I've used. Try it and you won't be disappointed
