When I received this product the first thing I did was plug it in to make sure it was lit but I didn't test every bulb as they were still fitted with rubber bands was held together. The flag looks great on our balcony and looks even better from below, but we didn't really have light. It was painful to secure with zip ties only to see the light filament go out. Attached are photos showing what I believe is the cause of the faulty filament (manufacturing issue). We have another one on the way, just wish I had to install just one of these with the 20 zip ties we used.
