They are lightweight. you are skinny The subjective feeling is excellent. I was afraid that the installation would be difficult and error prone as the hoses are very thin. Instead, it turned out to be a little easier than mounting a tire on a regular butyl tube. Tubolitos are smoother than butyl. They are less prone to getting caught under the pearl. I ordered a patch kit that seems even simpler and lighter than the already minimal Park butyl patch kit. Tubolitos are expensive because of the tubing, but cheap because of the weight savings and the opportunity to try a product that can reduce rolling resistance and improve smoothness.
