As you can see in the video, the zipper stopped working because it unrolled when opening and closing the bag. This was the first time I used this bag. I took it on vacation for a week because we were planning to go camping and I thought it was the perfect size for me. The lightning started to bother me on the 3rd day. The rest of the bag feels solid but not waterproof. I'm disappointed. The seller contacted me and refunded the money in full. I will buy a new one and write another review about the new one. They were easy to work with which is an important part of selling a product. I have changed my ratings based on my interactions with them.
