Cute but kinda small
My 2 year old granddaughter is 3 in almost all of her clothes leaving room for growth. Bought 3t in this dress, the sleeves are a little tight and a little short. Order one size larger. Granddaughter is about 28# and I have no idea how tall although less than 3ft. The length wasn't a problem.
