This is a really good suit for outdoor swimming in winter! I ordered small. I'm 5 feet 1 inch and 128 pounds. I floated in it before hitting the water. I don't see myself as an extra little girl, but I suppose that's what I would buy. I tried it on, besides, the legs are quite long - but I'm fine because there are stirrups and I swim with fins.
