I have ordered from these guys before and it has usually been good. But this time the filter arrived in a cheap oversized envelope and the filter was out of the box (which was completely destroyed). Also gone is the plastic wrap that normally keeps the filter clean, leaving the smaller pieces of cardboard from the torn box stuck in the filter itself. Very disappointed with this as now I don't think the filter will be safe and honestly the price this time wasn't much cheaper than the auto parts store so I'm considering just going back to them so you can at least see what you're buying first.
