I bought this item in sizes XS and S. It is a beautiful raincoat and well made. I find the jacket true to size but it is cut at the arm/shoulder resulting in a slight fit at the top/shoulder when the arms are raised. The size didn't care. So when the going gets tough, this jacket might not be for you. The biggest difference in size is in the body and length (check measurements below). The S was a bit baggy under the arms and generally too loose on me; Since the arms have the same fit and feel, I leave the XS, which allows me to still wear a sweater with them if needed. I'm 5ft 5" and it's a few inches above my knee and I think it's a great length for a rainy day. I love that this raincoat packs down small. I love this raincoat! Arm opening measurement (where the sleeve meets the shoulder) but the size S was only half an inch too big. : Chest 36, Length 34, Arms 24.5, Shoulders 16.25.
