I have tried many types of litter trying to find the best for me and my four cats. I started with clay, tried crystals, expensive beautiful spatula (my cats liked it, but not at all eco-friendly). Then wood pellets (great price, natural, biodegradable material, and I can dispose of it in my forest. My favorite but not a cat favorite). I switched to walnut, found it very dusty, but the cats seemed to prefer the finer texture to the pellets. Now corn, the best in the world, is also biodegradable, it is written that it can be washed off, but I have not tried it. Lumps are easy to pick up. The cats seem to like it, so little by little I made the complete switch. Now I'm experimenting to see what they prefer: unscented, lotus, or lavender. I placed three huge trays next to each other, each filled with different scents. I will update my results at the end of the bags. I and the cats liked the lotus the least. I prefer lavender...because I love anything lavender. Cats love lavender and scents alike.
