Bought for a bubble style birthday party so they were filled with regular air and hung from the ceiling with invisible nylon cord. I definitely didn't want/need LED strips so I'm very glad I was able to get a pack of multiple clear balls. They worked great and if I had known how nice they would look I would have skipped all the other "clear" balloons I've bought and just made them. They really need an electric air pump to inflate them as they require little pressure to blow them into a perfect round shape. I wanted to use different sized "bubbles" so my first tries were with the smaller size, but once I got the hang of it I got most of them at 18". I blew one too fast and it popped ., another popped up for reasons unknown but all the others worked and looked fine.I had maybe 2 or 3 that were a little crooked where one side exploded faster than the other but they still worked for my purposes.
