Review on BOSKA Copenhagen Full Size Stainless Cheese Slicer: Effortlessly Slice and Serve Your Favorite Cheeses! by Brianna Kamp

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Very easily. and it works!

I first encountered this type of cheese cutter in western New York cheese factories, where they were used to cut samples of cheddar cheese. I forgot how well they work until recently when I was looking for a good functional cheese slicer to cut mostly swiss and cheddar cheeses. The slicer is very easy to use and the slices come out evenly with minimal practice. As mentioned in some reviews, it's lightweight but feels fairly solid and should be reliable for its intended use. I would definitely buy it again and possibly buy a second one for use on cheese boards. I asked a few questions about the country of origin. I would say it's made in the Netherlands. No country of origin is indicated on the packaging, but scanning the QR code allows access to the website in English or Dutch. After submitting my review, I also bought a set of cheese knives from Boska Copenhagen (3 knives). The handles are the perfect length and the knives do their job, meaning each of them is designed to cut different types of cheese. I continue my top 5.
