The Lorex E892DD dome camera has a diameter of 122mm and this junction box is perfect for it. As for the two hex head screws used for the short, thin metal cable that holds the lid and box body together, it's good to tighten them up a bit before installing. When I was installing one of these junction boxes, one of the screws came loose and the cover fell to the floor. It doesn't matter and you just need to tighten the two screws first. This is a bit more difficult to install than square junction boxes as they have the housing cover screws in the corners of the square and not under the camera, they are accessible even with the camera attached to the cover. However, this increase in complexity is negligible.
