Ideal for running, walking or travelling. It is close fitting to the body and therefore easy to hide under the shirt. It does not bounce or slide when walking. I like the RFID blocking. It's not very spacious, but I just needed something to carry my essentials while I'm on the go. It's great for taking your CAAH bank cards, ID phone, etc. with you on trips without worrying about them being stolen or someone stealing your information with a skimmer. Ideal for beach/boardwalk and music festivals where you don't want to strain your wallet or worry about things falling out of your pockets and need your hands free. That suits my needs. It also has reflective stripes so you can be seen when walking or jogging in the evening. Also waterproof. It might be too tight for tall girls or boys. I have a small 27 waist and I have it almost in the most open position. If my waist was wider it might not fit. I don't know how it fits a waist up to 47. I do not believe that. But overall it's well made for the price and I like it.
