I've been using this set to make margaritas since I bought it. This works great for a novice bartender like me. It is well packed. Customer service is top notch! There are a few things that needed to be fixed to give the product a 5 star rating. "Two-way insert with identification" must be removed from the label of the packaging because the insert has no label. The company sent me a package of jigger labels and told me they wouldn't fit in my jigger slot set which is great because they let me know in advance. The spoon is not in the slot. My suggestion is that they should be carved into the tiny hole at the bottom where the spoon is placed, allowing the spoon to stand upright, which I found to be a common theme with this type of set, but nothing was done about each set, that I found. I hope the manufacturer reads this review and corrects their mistake because to stay ahead of this market they need to constantly fix and improve their products. I tried to activate the 3 year extended product warranty but the website printed on the slip inside the box is not valid. This is a BIG NO!
