I think I was expecting it to feel better when massaged, but it's quite rough because it's made of plastic and when it rotates it just doesn't feel good on your feet on. The bubbles aren't as strong as I was hoping for either, but still decent enough for home use to dip your feet in. I set mine to 103 degrees and it warmed up to that temperature. One thing should be mentioned: never turn it on or plug it in without water in the device, it may break something, and never let the switch panel get wet. Just read the warnings before operating. It's lightweight, anhydrous, and has a carry handle so it's easy to pick up when it's full. The cord is not very long, so you may need an extension cord.
