Review on 🐱 Ferplast Birba Cat Litter Tray: The Purrrrfect Solution for Clean and Odor-Free Living Spaces by Nicole Hunter

I bought this bowl to use with pine pellets/litter. I couldn't find if it works or not in the previous reviews so I gave it a try. I used to use a one-handed hammer litter box, which worked great, but my cat has outgrown it. This litter box is definitely larger and fits my cat well, but that's where it ends. The holes in the sieve bowl are too big/big, the granules get stuck and block the sieving process. Holes are very difficult to clean. I gave up using it after a week but I improvised and used both trays together and they work really well. I mount a strainer bowl with a lever and hammer over a one-piece Ferplast bowl with the short side. Thus, there is sufficient space for the accumulation of used granular sand. Additional space on the lower shelf helps catch flying balls. See image. Still waiting for someone to design a large fully functional pine pellet hopper 😔
