Just get one! suitable for kitchen and dining room

i was torn. I have a Lansky system, I have stones, I have sharpening stones. All of that is good, and for day-to-day work I'll still do it manually. but I have a large collection of knives, axes, tools, etc., and keeping them sharp is a chore. For me, this is where the Work Sharp comes in and it really shines. I burn wood 5 months a year. And I did most of it by hand. This thing is great for axes. Putting the ax in the vise takes most of the time. It's spring now and I'll clear some of my hunting tracks, some passes and my machete will be ready to go. I also have a couple of knives that I wanted to reuse. Because I was working with different grits, it took me less than 20 minutes per knife. I could have done it faster, but I took my time. Now I have a reprofiled blade that looks like a factory edge! If I were to take some knives to the local cutlery store, it would cost me the sharpness price. But now I just go to my barn. If you are a housekeeper, a forester, a hunter, a fisherman, a tourist. Still, I highly recommend this tool. That is very high quality. No jerking, the system works very smoothly. I will definitely buy other Sharp products.
