If I could bring it back I would. The pillow part is good and actually quite comfortable, but the massage part is TERRIBLE! I love shiatsu massagers. The vibrators just make me itchy so I need rollerballs to massage the sore muscles. Unfortunately it's terrible. When upright it ONLY makes it to the base of my skull and no lower. Turning it upside down I can pinch the skin just above my shoulders, but the middle of my neck, where I EXPECTED, will never be affected unless I hold it at an awkward angle the whole time. And I don't bruise easily, but this thing left me black and blue. It's serviceable and I didn't order it by accident so I didn't feel good about sending it back (they were mostly options) but it never sees any use. I bought this for myself as a birthday gift, but maybe I'll gift it to someone who loves stuff like this.
