They're not lying when they say the water stays cold for 24 hours. I didn't know what I was missing until I got this! Ice water for all my workouts/walks is amazing and having it by my bed and waking up in fresh ice water is so refreshing and woke me up even more. I definitely think I will be buying more sizes for different occasions in the future! But 21oz is honestly perfect to start with and the perfect size you need for working out/walking. It is great for miniature pens, fits in cup holders in cars, bikes and exercise equipment. The color is very nice and you can just feel how great the quality is. The included lid really prevents spills and the handle is very handy for on the go. Soon I'll take a sports cap for more intense workouts! Highly recommended.
