Excellent knife sharpener
This machine perfectly sharpens Japanese and European protractors. I can't do it well with any other method. However, I still can't get the ultimate really sharp finish without touching the blade of my clay sticks. I run the blade very gently over the clay sticks to get the desired result. I've only had the car for a week, maybe I'll get better with practice. I have previously purchased a paper wheel and 1 inch leather belt sander and just cannot get the results I am getting with this chef's choice. I highly recommend this car.
