This brush does not look like the original. The bristles softened and it was found that when the Eufy actually worked, it picked up a lot less. My Eufy 11s is throwing errors within minutes of using this new brush. It emits 4 beeps with a constant red light, which corresponds to a stuck brush. I tested this by removing the brush and running the Eufy. No problem without a brush. I recommend looking for another replacement.
