A little difficult to install. It has been found best to wrap the new elastic belt around a very small diameter motor shaft pulley and then around the brushroll and then press the ends of the brushroll into the frame. Some help or an extra hand may be required. The lift roller and spring in the center of the caseback snap out easily to make room when installing the belt. My unit had two self-tapping Phillips screws on top of the molded plastic body, recessed and a bit difficult to find, so the top of the vacuum cleaner body could be removed. The ends of the brush roll enter and exit slots on each side of the frame.
