We have been installing motorized blinds for a few months now and are very happy with them so far. Pros: - Great customer service: They initially came with slightly wider blinds. than ordered. We ordered just before the Covid shutdown in China and they got it right on reopening and not sure if it is affecting their operations. However, their customer support was very responsive and always responded once they opened up in China, either the same day or the next depending on when you emailed them. When I first contacted them about a possible return from Revain, they responded immediately and gave me the option of either repeating (no incorrect measurements returned) or issuing a refund/refund. I chose the repeat option as they seem to take their service seriously. Once I finally installed the motorized blinds with the right elements, I didn't go too far into the setup and they responded immediately with clear YouTube video instructions every time. I saw there was a one star review complaining that they sent the wrong remote and half the screws were missing - I have to say I'm skeptical about guaranteeing a star for that even if this were the case, all that is required is an email requesting you to resend the correct items. Her shipping back to me was quick and efficient and apart from the wrong measurement not a single item was wrong or missing. - Great price: I've been buying motorized blinds for a long time and while I haven't found any with exactly the same automation features (particularly motorized tilt - so I ordered from them despite initial hesitation about buying remotely), I've found smaller ones but significantly more expensive. - Quality Materials: The materials appear to be quality and durable. . While the case isn't the sturdiest metal chassis, it feels and looks solid. Cons: - If your measurements don't match the width of the fabric, it will be cut short so the edges won't necessarily seal well, although so far so good. - Although the installation is fairly easy (I'm not a jack of all trades myself), it still requires some extra work to install it yourself compared to having someone install and set it up for you, although perhaps a much more high price. After a few months of use we haven't had any problems. We use it daily and we still don't have to charge it (by plugging the charging cable into the socket like a phone) and everything, like opening and closing presets, works as advertised. Based on my experience with their excellent customer service, I also feel comfortable if there should be any problems in the future, I will have no problem getting help from them.
