Review on TS-27 GuardianTrojan 27-Inch Tall 🪓 Sawhorse with Leg Set for Single Unit by Luis Neels

Five stars for the exceptional customer service from Qual-Craft Industries, the maker of Trojan goats. I bought two sets. Shipped direct from the Revain distribution center. Both boxes arrived damaged with several large holes. This is the first time I've received a slightly damaged or missing part from Revain since 1998! Each was missing a few bolts, washers, and nuts. I called Qual-Craft's service department and they sent me replacement parts for one unit, enough to complete all four legs. Then I noticed that in some places the paint was damaged and in some places the metal was exposed. I just send an email asking what color and type of retouch color to use. A few hours later I received a call from one of their service reps saying they would send me a replacement. The replacement block and replacements arrived today - the original blocks were made in the USA while the replacement block is made in China. The nuts and bolts appear to be slightly better on US made blocks (7/16" vs 10mm). However, the welds on Chinese blocks looked very good - very clean and even.
