Since not many people have tried it, I decided to give it a try. After the discount, it costs about $10, why not. That was for my 1996 Silverado. I replaced all the components of my steering system. Connecting rods and wishbones, end rods, lobe joint replaced with U-joint. It helped a lot, but the steering still had some play. I tried it and the steering is the difference between day and night. Truck feels much better! It's great, I didn't have to adjust it, just install it and fill it with new fluid. As a side note, the steering felt loose before I put any fluid in it. The wheel wobbled a lot before it felt like it would seize up, but as soon as I poured liquid into the reservoir and the system burped, all play was gone and it was tight and responsive. The hull has been painted, making access to the bipod arm and steering shaft a bit more difficult. I took out the steering shaft and tapped it onto the steering box on the outside of the truck a few times for ease of installation once installed.
