Ideal! No chains on either end
This border was perfect for my curtains that I wanted to add a little more personality to. The fringes appear to be chained on either side at first, as another reviewer pointed out. This is just to keep the fringes in place and not tangling. It only takes a few minutes to remove the stitching from the bottom once it has been sewn to your piece.
