LAST UPDATE: After getting a replacement I used it the full 4-5 weeks before it broke in the same spot. When I contacted the company, they explained that this is the case for about 1% of the units sold from this batch. However, the number of people who seem to have the same problem indicates otherwise. They explained that they could send a new one but it would be from the same batch. I would love to be able to make iced coffee on site but this is not the product I was hoping for. Revan did. They explained that a small percentage of HyperChillers left the factory with problems. They sent me a new one and it works great! AWESOME customer service and AMAZING product! UPDATE: I've had the HyperChiller for 9 days and it broke in the freezer! I hope the next one doesn't as I've started returning this one and bought a new one. Between the simplicity of the product and its effectiveness, it's worth every penny! It chills our coffee to the perfect temperature to pour over ice and NEVER melts the ice! It's easy to assemble, easy to clean and easy to use! Love it!
