Received 6 weeks ago and delighted. Absolutely non-stick coated and cleans effortlessly. To keep these utensils perfect I have not put them in the dishwasher or oven and have never used cooking spray. I cook often and prefer to use a large frying pan. I roasted Brussels sprouts a few days ago and that's it! They stuck mercilessly to the pan and now I can't get the brown spots off. Pan is useless now and I'm so disappointed.

This product did not meet all my expectations. The first mission was great. After that, everything stuck to the pans. Bought this product for me and my family so we don't have to use cooking oils all the time. But this pan set requires oil and everything sticks to the oil used. These pots and pans don't live up to their bold claim. I realize this review is late and I really should have said something sooner, but I didn't. If you're using regular non-stick cookware, you're fine. I trusted their "Add" campaign as it is durable, scratch resistant and can be used with metal utensils. Boy was I wrong to do it. Be vigilant. These pans are VERY light compared to almost all others. They are non-stick as advertised. The Dutch Oven in our set has a noticeable 1/4 inch curve in the middle of the bottom. As a result, whatever is cooked in it will burn in the center and be less baked on the edges.
