I like to rest my elbows on the edge of a desk. It hurt them. with modern keyboards, I don't want the wrist. they do more harm than help. I wanted something flat that could cushion my hands against the table top. it worked great. Pat approaches my keyboard and wrists. I only need one but I used the other one under the roller arm to protect my hand a bit. I like them and would buy them again.

I use them together, on top of each other. It would have been much better if the item was thicker so I didn't have to use both together. The length is good but they are too deep so take up too much space in my room/too close to my keyboard. Should be a bit thicker and not that deep.
