This works very well for tires as stated but works even better for all season floor mats like Husky or Weathertech. The stiffness of the bristles is ideal for liners and splints.

I have very skinny tires due to my non-original rims and they are perfect for cleaning the whole wheel without hitting the wheel wells or toes in the driveway. My routine is to spray the wheels, put some degreaser on them, use this brush without soapy water and wipe off the grease and old tire, then brush again with soapy water, clean my rims and finally wash. .Overall a good brush for your wheels, not too big to put anywhere but big enough to cover a good surface.

If you're looking for a really stiff brush, this might be it. I wanted a super hard brush for tires. It was the perfect choice. Very happy and highly recommended if stiffness and rigidity is what you are looking for.

works very well, used it to clean old tires that looked clean. Shocked by the amount of dirt that fell off the tire I had to clean it 3-4 times until the cleaner turned white. Worked very well and was pretty cheap so no complaints.

This is an excellent tire brush with stiff bristles. It's definitely not benign, I'm not sure why it's being described that way. This is best for a scratch free clean, I used a brass bristle brush but it was too harsh for my needs. Works great for my tires without worrying about wheel scratches.
