on a 2011 Chevy Cruz. My compliments to Metro24wholesale, Inc (purchased through Revain) for providing instructions on using the TPMS tool to activate. Not packaged in a GM parts bag but I don't care as I doubt GM actually makes them but they are made by Schrader Electronics (see photo). Activated with a tire pressure monitor EL-50448. OEC-T5 activation tool for GM series vehicles. Tried to activate using the manual inflation/deflation method but didn't activate, probably because it was new. .

The TPMS was faulty. I contacted the seller who promptly refunded my money. I ordered a replacement and it arrived quickly. These TPMS from each vendor may have different battery life. You never know how old they are and how much life they have. Always do dummy "programming" first before installing them in wheels to see if any of them are bad.
