2002 Chevy Trailblazer 4WD engine problem fixed

I have struggled with this 4WD since I bought my 2002 Trailblazer. tccm and switch replaced. Further problems. I almost gave up and went back to the dealer to pay big bucks for repairs or just sell the truck. That was my last hope. Easy installation. Fits perfectly. Works like a new car again. Thanks Revin Saved me thousands and the delivery exceeded all expectations. Don't waste time reading forums about long term battery disconnects or switch or TCCM replacements that need to be flashed at…

Solved my 4wd problem.

2004 Trailblazer LT (250,000 miles) sometimes toggled and then didn't toggle to Auto or 4 hours. The light will flash and the 4WD service drive on the dash will illuminate until the next restart. The Trailvoy website helped me a lot and I determined it wasn't an under dash switch or control module as I could hear the old actuator motor (under the driver's seat) trying to move the transfer case into position to bring but never got it. work. made. Sounds weak, but it still works. Replaced the old

20 minutes, 4 screws and TRUE

My 4x4 broke down in my 2006 outrider. The Chevy dealer said $500 for the part + labor, 2 hours. lol I watched 11x YouTube videos and they supported more than 2-3 major fixes, each was a separate part. I then found a forum where one person went through each one starting with the cheapest solution. This was the most expensive. They were all bent because it was the actual repair/part most people needed and the only one that worked, so I bit the bullet and bought the most expensive one. These are…

Perfect direct replacement part for Trailblazer 06 4.2L v6

06 tb tcm could not be converted to 4lo. Left me stumped as this was the first time I've used 4lo since buying the car. Reset tccm, check fuses #8 and #48. Removed 2 feet of snow under the driver's door, removed the TCM and found that it had blown. Battery disconnected, engine disconnected and completely removed from the vehicle. Dismantled the encoder cover, gained access to the motor gears and manually moved the motor gear position to approximately dead center to the top of the motor. Encoder

OE quality is good for engine cooling and air conditioning

This is an OEM part for the transfer case. In this app it was for a 2006 GMC Envoy AWD and fitted just right. If you have one of these vehicles, this part can fix the 4WD not working issue. I say "maybe" because this system also uses an axle position switch on the front axle, which also needs to work properly for it to shift properly. In my case, the 4x4 clicked and creaked from not fully engaging the front driveshaft. These motors have a position switch that can sometimes be replaced if the…

NOT GOOD! for engine cooling and air conditioning

My opinion is not for sale. Bought this way to fix my 4WD which the mechanic told me the encoder motor was bad. Bought this after reading to use as Delco only to avoid problems. But the price was good. I installed the motor and the 4WD still doesn't work, so of course I say OK, something else is bad. After talking and reading with people, I changed a switch on the dash that said it could cause problems, not bones. Then he changed the front actuator, no dice. Eventually there is only one part…

Correct part! best price!

My 2005 Trailblazer had 4WD issues. With the help of the internet I was able to diagnose the problem myself. Everything pointed to the transfer case drive. During my research I came across information that some early Trailblazer models (2002 - 2003) do not respond to aftermarket replacements without flashing the computer system. I've found many aftermarket Dorman parts that cost around $200. I wanted to avoid Dorman parts just to make sure I don't run into the problems I've read about flashing…
