Frustrated, hung up and came back to find out why the app wouldn't let me process the exchange. I took a new product out of the shopping cart, put it back and exchanged it. Bad advice from support team but all ended well. If you have long BUT THIN legs these are nice shoes. Too bad I have FAT FEET and they don't carry plus sizes.😖😔😞

I am a regular runner, weigh over 200lbs and used to wear overpronated flat foot stability shoes but wanted to try them and found them very comfortable for running on paved surfaces. I had no problems running them and didn't notice any problems afterwards. They are also great for everyday wear.
