My daughter and I really like the look of the shoes, she says they are very comfortable but they broke on the first wear. Laces are fed through small elastic loops, and elastic snaps in place and protrudes to reveal frayed ends. I thought it was an accident so I exchanged them for a new pair - the same thing happened the second time I wore them. Unfortunately both pairs were sent back - much to my daughter's chagrin.

We normally like Adidas shoes but this one was a big disappointment. The orange thread you use for the laces in these boots WILL come out. In this case they become unacceptable. This first happened in a pair we bought from a local sporting goods store just three days later. We returned them and decided to try again. We ordered them from Revain for the second time and two weeks later the same thing happened. I extended and missed the return deadline so we're stuck with a pair of shoes that look…

I wanted to love them. They look good and are perfect for a dress code, but the shoes aren't built to last. I bought them a month before school started and when my son used them we no longer had a return window which is a real shame because they didn't work when he first used them. After the first day of school, the loops through which the laces were threaded ripped on both shoes! What a waste. I will still contact someone and find out about a refund. To improvise or ignore the fact that I just
